Video: Seattle Activists Say Minorities Shut Out of Construction Jobs, Contracts

Seattle's Community Coalition for Contracts and  Jobs took to the streets to protest the federal government's failure to enforce 1964 Civil Rights Act. Their complaint?  Minority workers and contracters are shut out of state and federal construction projects.
